SECTION 33-11-43

   § 33-11-43  Superior court judgment –Costs. – The judgment of the superior court, on appeal, shall ascertain the claims andamounts to be added to, or deducted from, the claims, pursuant to theprovisions of § 33-23-1 et seq. The costs of the appeal shall be awardedby the court against either party, or be divided between them, as justice mayrequire, and execution for the costs shall issue accordingly.
