SECTION 33-11-7

   § 33-11-7  Affidavit to support claim.– If requested by the personal representative or any party interested indecedent's estate, a claimant shall file in the office of the clerk of theprobate court a sworn affidavit stating to the best of the claimant's knowledgeand belief: (a) the legal basis or theory of the claim; (b) the facts anddocumentation supporting the claim; (c) the calculation of the amount claimedas justly due; (d) whether the estate was credited for all payments and offsetsto which it is entitled; (e) whether and how the claim is secured; and (f)whether the claim is upon a negotiable instrument.
