SECTION 33-13-11

   § 33-13-11  Time when order of distributionallowed. – At any time after six (6) months from the date of the first publication of thenotice of the qualification of the first administrator, a probate court maymake an order of distribution, if it shall appear to the satisfaction of thecourt that the administrator has paid all claims that have been filed andallowed or proved.
