SECTION 33-14-10

   § 33-14-10  Application of small amountsdue to persons under disability. – Whenever it shall appear in the final account of an executor or administratorthat the estate of a minor or person non compos mentis in his or her hands doesnot exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000), the sum may be applied or disposedof in such manner as the probate court shall deem for the advantage of theminor or person non compos mentis.
