§ 33-15-39 Representation of incompetentsand contingent interests in proceedings under § 33-15-37 or 33-15-37.1.– Whenever in any proceeding under § 33-15-37 or 33-15-37.1 there arecontingent interests of persons not in being, or not ascertainable, orinterests of persons non sui juris, the court may appoint a person to representthose contingent interests, or a guardian ad litem to represent the interestsof persons non sui juris, and in case of representation under this section thejudgment, order, or decree entered in the proceeding shall bind all theinterests.
