SECTION 33-21.1-13

   § 33-21.1-13  Property held by courts andpublic agencies. – Intangible property held for the owner by a court, state, or other government,governmental subdivision or agency, public corporation, or public authoritywhich remains unclaimed by the owner for more than one year after becomingpayable or distributable is presumed abandoned.
