§ 33-3-12 Division of remainder inproperty. – Any part of the real estate of any testator or intestate as shall be assignedto his widow pursuant to § 33-1-6 shall, after her death, be divided amongthe devisees, or heirs at law, of the deceased, in the same manner as the realestate would have been divided in case it had not been assigned pursuant to§ 33-1-6.
