§ 33-8-1 - Grant of letters to executor named in will.

SECTION 33-8-1

   § 33-8-1  Grant of letters to executornamed in will. – Upon the probate of a will the probate court shall issue letters testamentarythereon to the executor named therein, if he or she is legally competent, andif he or she gives bond as by law required.
