SECTION 34-11-13

   § 34-11-13  Construction of terms. –(a) Whenever the phrase "incorporation by reference" is used in §§34-11-14 – 34-11-31, the method of incorporation as indicated in the formsshall be sufficient, but this shall not be construed to preclude other methods.

   (b) Whenever the words "his heirs, executors andadministrators" or "his executors, administrators" are used in §§34-11-14 – 34-11-31, they shall be construed, in the case of acorporation, to mean "its successors"; and whenever the words "his heirs andassigns" are so used, they shall be construed, in the case of a corporation, tomean "its successors and assigns."
