SECTION 34-15-27

§ 34-15-27 Report of commissioners –Judgment – Recording. – In an action for partition, the commissioners appointed to make the partitionshall report their proceedings, with a plat of the division by them made, tothe court by which they have been appointed, and if no sufficient cause isshown for rejecting the report, judgment shall be rendered thereon inconformity thereto, and the report, plat, and judgment shall be recorded in therecords of land evidence in the town or towns in which the estate is, theexpense of which record shall be made a part of the costs in the action.
