§ 34-28-37 Severability. – If any part or parts of this chapter shall be held to be unconstitutional, thatunconstitutionality shall not affect the validity of the remaining parts ofthis chapter. The general assembly hereby declares that it would have enactedthe remaining parts of this chapter if it had known that the part or partsthereof would be declared unconstitutional.
