§ 34-36.1-4.19 Declarant's obligation tocomplete and restore. – (a) The declarant shall complete all improvements labeled "MUST BE BUILT" onplats or plans prepared pursuant to § 34-36.1-2.09.

(b) The declarant is subject to liability for the promptrepair and restoration, to a condition compatible with the remainder of thecondominium, of any portion of the condominium affected by the exercise ofrights reserved pursuant to or created by §§ 34-36.1-2.10 –34-36.1-2.13, 34-36.1-2.15 and 34-36.1-2.16.
