§ 34-36-21 Interest of unit owner acquiredon forced sale. – In the event any person shall acquire, through foreclosure, exercise of powerof sale, or other enforcement of any lien, or by tax deed, the interest of anyunit owner, the interest acquired shall be subject to all the provisions ofthis chapter and to the covenants, conditions, and restrictions contained inthe declaration, the record of survey map, the bylaws, the house rules, or anydeed affecting the interest then in force.
