SECTION 34-36-8

   § 34-36-8  Compliance with declaration andrules. – Each unit owner shall comply strictly with the covenants, conditions, andrestrictions as set forth in the declaration or in the deed to his or her unit,and with the bylaws and/or house rules and with the administrative rules andregulations drafted pursuant thereto, as either of the same may be lawfullyamended from time to time, and failure to comply shall be ground for an actionto recover sums due for damages or injunctive relief or both, maintainable bythe manager or management committee on behalf of the unit owners, or in aproper case, by an aggrieved unit owner.
