SECTION 34-37-4.4

   § 34-37-4.4  Discrimination based on sexualorientation – Exemption. – Nothing in this title shall prohibit an owner of a housing accommodation fromrefusing to rent to a person based on his or her sexual orientation if thehousing accommodation is three (3) units or less, one (1) of which is occupiedby the owner.
