SECTION 34-9-5

   § 34-9-5  Expense of proceedings. –The just charges and expenses of the commissioners shall be ascertained andallowed by the court; any further costs of the proceedings shall be taxed inthe usual manner; and all the costs and expenses shall be apportioned by thecourt upon all parties interested as aforesaid, in such proportions or amountsas the court shall deem equitable.
