SECTION 35-10-4

   § 35-10-4  Funds not subject to investment.– The commission shall not invest money in funds which are subject to the controlof the board of governors for higher education; provided, however, that thecommission shall not be prohibited from investing moneys in the college savingsprogram created by § 16-57-6.1 and administered by the Rhode Island HigherEducation Assistance Authority in conjunction with the executive director ofthe Rhode Island Student Loan Authority and the commissioner of highereducation.
