SECTION 35-3-3.1

   § 35-3-3.1  Responsibility of budgetofficer for budget of resource recovery corporation. – On or before December 1 of each year, the budget officer shall review theannual budget submitted by the resource recovery corporation, making suchrecommendations as he or she may deem proper to the director of administration.
