SECTION 35-8-24

   § 35-8-24  Bonds to be eligible for RhodeIsland savings bond program. – Unless otherwise provided therein, public laws which authorize the state toissue its general obligation bonds are "general obligation bond acts" as thatterm is defined in § 35-15-2(2).
