SECTION 36-16.1-2

   § 36-16.1-2  Void contracts. – Any agreement or contract which is made contrary to or in violation of theprovisions of § 36-16.1-1 shall be null and void, shall have no force andeffect, and no payment thereunder shall be made by the state or the RhodeIsland public transit authority.
