SECTION 36-3-14

§ 36-3-14 Facilities for division. –The division shall be provided by the director with the necessary funds andemployees to enable the division to examine temporary employees within the timeprescribed by law and with suitable offices, examination rooms, andaccommodations for itself and staff in the city of Providence, and inlocalities throughout the state as may be required to suit the publicconvenience and carry on the work of the division. It shall be the duty of theofficers of the state, or any political subdivisions thereof, at any placewhere examinations or hearings are directed to be held by the personneladministrator to allow the reasonable use of public buildings and rooms and tofurnish the buildings and rooms with heat and light for holding hearings andexaminations and in all proper ways to facilitate the work of the division incarrying out the provisions of this chapter and chapter 4 of this title.
