SECTION 36-4-40.1

   § 36-4-40.1  Administrator of adjudication– Duties. – The administrator of adjudication or his or her designee shall hear all appealsfrom decisions of the personnel administrator as provided in this chapter andchapter 3 of this title. The administrator of adjudication shall hear suchother appeal requests as may be provided by law or as authorized by thedirector of the department of administration.
