SECTION 36-7-26

   § 36-7-26  Revolving fund – Paymentsto federal government. – (a) All payments made by any city, town, or agency of the state shall becredited by the general treasurer to a revolving fund which shall beestablished with the approval of the governor and the director ofadministration and a sum sufficient for the purpose is hereby appropriated outof any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.

   (b) Any payments by the general treasurer to the secretary ofthe treasury as hereinabove authorized and as provided in § 36-7-3(2),shall be charged to that fund.
