SECTION 36-9-21

   § 36-9-21  Service information submitted bydepartment heads. – It shall be the duty of the head of each department and agency to submit to theretirement board a statement showing the name, title, compensation, duties,date of birth, and length of service of each member, and such other informationas the retirement board may require.
