§ 36-9-41 Rhode Island airport corporation– Uninterrupted state service. – Transferred employees who return to employment with the state of Rhode Islanddirectly from uninterrupted employment with the Rhode Island airportcorporation shall have their length of service at the Rhode Island airportcorporation deemed to be uninterrupted active state service for purposes ofservice credits in the state retirement system.
