§ 37-16-16 Form of award. – To entitle the award to be enforced, as prescribed in this chapter, it must bein writing and within the time limited in the contract, if any, subscribed bythe arbitrator or arbitrators making it and either filed in the office of theclerk of the court having jurisdiction as provided in § 37-16-14 ordelivered to one of the parties or his or her attorney.
