§ 37-16-22 Entry of judgment – Costs.– Upon the granting of an order confirming, modifying, or correcting an award,judgment may be entered in conformity therewith, except as is otherwiseprescribed in this chapter. Costs of the application and of the proceedingssubsequent thereto, not exceeding twenty-five dollars ($25.00) anddisbursements, may be awarded by the court in its discretion. If awarded, theamount thereof must be included in the judgment.
