SECTION 37-23-11

   § 37-23-11  Appeals. – Any person, firm, entity or corporation who has been assessed a penalty mayappeal such to the director within twenty (20) days of receipt of the cease anddesist order. The director of the department of labor and training shall refersaid appeal to the board. The board, upon completion of any appeal held on averified complaint, shall present to the director of labor and training, awritten report of its findings and recommendations. The director may accept orreject, in whole or in part, the recommended order of the board. The order ofthe director is final, and a copy of the order shall be immediately served uponthe person, firm, or corporation assessed.
