SECTION 37-6-4

   § 37-6-4  Powers and duties supplemental.– The powers and duties vested in the state purchasing agent, the director ofadministration, and the attorney general by the provisions of this chapter and§§ 37-7-1 – 37-7-9 shall be construed to be in addition to anyand all other powers and duties vested in them by any other general or publiclaw, and not in substitution thereof.
