§ 39-1-33 Reports. – The commission and division shall make reports due on the first day of June andthe first day of December to the governor for transmittal to the generalassembly, which shall contain summaries of every rate case hearing, and/ororder of the commission and division occurring in the period immediatelypreceding the first day of June and the first day of December.
