SECTION 39-11-10

§ 39-11-10 Continuation of certificate– Transfer – Rights conferred. – All certificates issued by the administrator shall continue in force and effectuntil surrendered or revoked for cause. No certificate may be transferredexcept upon proper application and hearing, and upon a finding by theadministrator that the transfer is consistent with the public interest. Nocertificate shall confer any proprietary, property, or exclusive rights in theuse of any airspace, airport, or other air navigation facility.
