SECTION 39-11-19

   § 39-11-19  Application by interstatecarrier. – To aid in promoting and developing interstate transportation of persons andproperty by aircraft, any holder of a certificate of convenience and necessityissued by the federal Civil Aeronautics Board or any other appropriate federalgovernmental authority may apply to the administrator for a certificate forthat portion of its interstate operation which is within the boundaries of thisstate, upon the forms and in the manner prescribed by the administrator forapplications.
