§ 39-12.1-7 Thirty (30) day waitingperiod. – Any certificated tower in possession of any vehicle subject to a possessorylien for a period in excess of thirty (30) consecutive days, and not havingbeen compensated in accordance with its published tariff, is authorized to givenotice and proceed to foreclosure as provided in §§ 39-12.1-8 and39-12.1-9.
