§ 39-12-15 Filing of contracts by contractcarriers – Form of contract. – Every contract carrier by motor vehicle shall file with the administrator acopy of every contract for the transportation of property by motor vehicle ineffect in connection with its operations, which shall be in writing and shallbe executed by all parties thereto. The period of time during which thecontracts shall be in force, the charges for transportation and accessorialservices, if any, and the duties and obligations of all parties thereto, shallbe specifically stated in the contracts, and the copies shall be kept in thefiles of the administrator, but not opened to public inspection.
