SECTION 39-14.1-10

   § 39-14.1-10  Certification of businesspreviously established. – The business of operating any public motor vehicle not subject to regulationshall now be subject to the provisions of this chapter. However, businessesthat have been providing continuous transportation services akin to the publicmotor vehicle services defined and described in this chapter since January 1,2002, shall have ninety (90) days from the passage of this legislation to filea relevant application with the division. These businesses may continue tooperate without a certificate during the ninety (90) day period mentioned aboveand through the period of time required by the division to issue a finaldecision on the application.
