SECTION 39-18-11

§ 39-18-11 Remedies. – Any holder of bonds issued under the provisions of this chapter, or any of thecoupons pertaining thereto, and the trustee under any trust agreement relatedthereto, except to the extent the rights given in this chapter may berestricted by the trust agreement, may by civil action, mandamus, or otherproceedings, protect and enforce any and all rights under the laws of the stateor granted in this chapter or under the trust agreement or the resolutionauthorizing the issuance of the bonds, and may enforce and compel theperformance of all duties required by this chapter or by the trust agreement orresolution to be performed by the authority or by any officer thereof,including the fixing and revising of schedules and rates of fare and chargesfor service.
