SECTION 39-20-12

   § 39-20-12  Construction and severability.– This chapter shall be construed in all respects so as to meet allconstitutional requirements. Except as expressly provided for in this chapter;the provisions of this chapter shall not affect the interpretation of otherlaws. If any provision of this chapter shall be held unconstitutional, theunconstitutionality shall not affect any other provisions.
