SECTION 39-28-7

§ 39-28-7 No derogation of attorneygeneral. – Nothing in this chapter shall derogate from the common law or statutoryauthority of the attorney general, nor shall any provision be construed as alimitation on the common law or statutory authority of the attorney general,including, but not limited to, the authority to enforce consumer protection orunfair or deceptive trade practice statutes and regulations.
