SECTION 39-3-29

   § 39-3-29  Effect of failure to fileagreements. – Any contract or arrangement not filed with the division pursuant to §39-3-28 shall be unenforceable in any court in this state, and paymentsthereunder may be disallowed by the division, unless the later filing thereofis approved in writing by the division.
