SECTION 39-4-8

   § 39-4-8  Filing of contracts. – Upon any hearing and investigation, the division may require the public utilityto file with it a copy of any contract for the purchase of electricity, light,heat, or power, certified by its secretary or treasurer, which shall be open toinspection by the complainant or counsel for the complainant, and the divisionmay consider the reasonableness of the amounts to be paid in accordance withthe provisions of the contract for electricity, light, heat, or power insofaras the amounts shall be relevant to the matters subject to discussion at thehearing and investigation.
