SECTION 39-7-2

   § 39-7-2  Blocking of frogs, switches, andguardrails. – Every railroad corporation, operating a railroad or part of a railroad in thisstate, shall adjust, fill, or block the frogs, switches, and guardrails on itstrack, with the exception of guardrails on bridges, so as to prevent the feetof its employees from being caught therein. The work shall be done to thesatisfaction of the division of public utilities and carriers, evidenced by itscertificate. Any railroad corporation failing to comply with the provisions ofthis section shall be fined an amount not less than one hundred dollars ($100)but not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000).
