SECTION 39-7-4

   § 39-7-4  Passenger cars not to be followedby cars loaded with dirt or stone. – No car or carriage for the transportation of passengers over any railroad shallbe propelled on the railroad when placed between the locomotive and cars loadedwith dirt or stone. Every railroad corporation upon whose railroad shall bepropelled cars or carriages for the transportation of passengers, so placed,shall be fined five hundred dollars ($500), one half (1/2) thereof to the useof the complainant and one half (1/2) thereof to the use of the state.
