§ 4-13-36 Agent of Robert Potter leaguefor animals in town of Portsmouth as special constable. – The town council of the town of Portsmouth may appoint an agent of the RobertPotter league for animals as special constable or officer to enforce thischapter, and when appointed, that agent shall have all the authority and powerand be subject to all the duties and liabilities imposed upon special officersby this chapter.
