SECTION 4-2-15

   § 4-2-15  Severability. – If any clause, sentence, paragraph, or part of this chapter shall for anyreason be judged invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, that judgmentshall not affect, impair, or invalidate the remainder of the chapter but shallbe confined in its operation to the clause, sentence, paragraph, or part of thechapter directly involved in the controversy in which that judgment has beenrendered.
