SECTION 4-25-10

   § 4-25-10  Other remedies. – (a) Nothing in this chapter limits any other rights or remedies available to aconsumer under law.

   (b) A seller and purchaser may agree to additional terms andconditions so long as they are not inconsistent with this chapter. The rightsreferred to in this chapter may not be waived.
