§ 40.1-1.1-1 Declaration of policy. –It is hereby declared to be the policy of the state to establish, extend, andstrengthen the mental health services relating to the causes, diagnosis, andtreatment of psychiatric disorders and in the providing for developing the mosteffective methods of prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of psychiatricdisorders.
