SECTION 40.1-5-39

   § 40.1-5-39  Deprivation of rights ofpersons admitted to facilities. – Any person who willfully withholds from or denies to any person admitted to afacility as defined in this chapter, any of his or her rights as granted inthis chapter, shall, on conviction thereof, be fined not exceeding two thousanddollars ($2,000) or imprisoned not exceeding two (2) years at the discretion ofthe court.
