§ 40.1-9-2 Compact administrator. –The fiscal agent in the department of mental health, retardation, and hospitalsshall be the compact administrator and authorized to carry out all of thepowers and duties set forth in the compact, provided, that the duties set forthin the compact shall not be in diminution of the duties or powers of the fiscalagent.
