SECTION 40-14-1

   § 40-14-1  Definitions. – For the purpose of this chapter, the following terms shall have the followingmeanings:

   (1) "Department" means the state department of human services.

   (2) "Director" means the director of the department of humanservices.

   (3) "Fund" means the equipment loan fund for people withdisabilities.

   (4) "Person with a disability" means any person who has aphysical or mental impairment, whether congenital or resulting from trauma ordisease, that substantially limits one or more major life activities.
