SECTION 40-15-2

   § 40-15-2  Applicability of license,permit, and bond provisions. – Any requirement of this state for a license, permit, or the posting of a bondto entitle an agency to place children shall not apply to a public sendingagency (within the meaning of the interstate compact on the placement ofchildren) of or in another state party to the interstate compact on theplacement of children.
